Wrong password or technical error when logging into Netflix
If the password doesn’t work and you see an 'Incorrect Password' error, don’t try multiple times. Instead, use the Sign-in Code option.
Here’s how:
- On the Netflix login page, click 'Use a Sign-In Code.' and Click "Send Sign-In Code
- Once you see the confirmation message, it means the code request has been sent successfully.
- Wait about a minute, then go back to the FamilyPro subscription page.
- Under the 'Sign-in code' section, click 'Click here.' and confirm
- Wait for about 30 seconds, and the login code will appear. Enter the login code on Netflix to log in.
If you see a 'Technical Error' when trying to get the login code, here are a few things to check:
- **VPN Usage: **Ensure you are not using a VPN, or switch to a high-quality VPN with a native IP address to avoid connection issues.
- Device Issue: If you’re using the Netflix app on a TV or mobile device, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to clear any potential errors.
If both the password and login code show a 'Technical Error,' it’s likely due to too many failed login attempts. In this case:
- Wait for 30 minutes before trying again.
- After waiting, directly use the Sign-in Code option to log in without entering the password.
By following these steps, you should be able to resolve most issues and successfully log in.
